We guarantee all products for 1 year from date of purchase. If product is defective, we will send a call tag to pick up the defective product, and ship out a replacement to you free of charge.

If product was misordered, or a non-defective return is requested, we can take back for credit if product is still in Factory Sealed condition (not written on, and toner box has not been opened), within 90 days of purchase.

The cost of return shipping for non-defective returns is the responsibility of the customer.

If incorrect product was sent, we will provide a call tag to pick up incorrect product, and send correct product, free of charge.
